An established grounds maintenance company servicing local authority and housing association contracts are keen to receive applications from people who are looking to form long term relationships with us.
Reporting to Regional Managers, our Contracts Managers are responsible for the successful management of local contracts including safety, environment & quality, finance & management, customer care and management of both staff teams.
You will ensure resources are planned and executed to deliver services to an excellent and compliant standard that meets customer and company requirements and exceeds financial targets.
The ideal candidate will possess:-
- Comprehensive grounds maintenance management experience
- Superb client liaison and staff management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Local authority experience an advantage
